iLender is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your financial data. Our architecture is built on the principle of Data Minimization.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Identity: We use Email or Third-party OAuth (Google/Apple) strictly for account recovery, multi-device synchronization, and subscription management.
• Financial Data: We store the deal terms, transaction history, and balances you input. This data is linked to your account ID.
• Pseudonymous Third-Party Data: Borrower names and deal descriptions are stored as opaque, free-form text strings. We do not collect, process, or verify the identity, contact details, or government IDs of your borrowers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide real-time interest calculations and deal management.
• To verify subscription status via RevenueCat.
• To improve app stability via anonymized crash reports (Sentry).
• To analyze app usage trends via anonymized analytics (PostHog).

3. Data Sovereignty

• Your Data is Yours: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• Anonymity: We do not link your real-world identity to the financial activity within the app beyond what is required for authentication.
• No Third-Party PII: By design, iLender cannot be used to harvest Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of your borrowers.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted channels (SSL/TLS) and stored in isolated databases. While we provide multi-device sync, we encourage users to maintain secure device-level passwords or biometrics.
